These Terms govern your use of the Viraholic web app and the Viraholic Companion browser extension (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Viraholic does

Viraholic helps you grow on X (Twitter) and LinkedIn by finding relevant conversations and drafting replies and posts in your voice. You review and approve everything before it is published. Viraholic is a productivity assistant; you remain the author and publisher of anything posted from your account.

2. Accounts & free trial

• You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• Free access is limited to 3 days from the creation of each account. When the 3-day period ends, access is suspended and you must create a new account or move to any paid plan we may offer to continue.
• You must be at least 18 years old.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.
• Post spam, hate speech, harassment, or content that infringes others' rights.
• Attempt to circumvent the free-trial limit, security, or access controls.
• Resell, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Service beyond what these Terms allow.

5. The browser extension

The extension runs only on x.com, linkedin.com, and your Viraholic dashboard, uses your existing session, and never publishes anything without your explicit approval. You are responsible for reviewing each draft before approving it.

6. AI-generated content

Drafts are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or unsuitable. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all content before it is published. We make no guarantee about outcomes, reach, growth, or results.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to Viraholic. Content you create remains yours; you grant us the limited rights needed to operate the Service for you.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any growth or results will be achieved.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viraholic and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, accounts, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim (which may be zero during the free trial).

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access at any time, including for breach of these Terms or platform rules. You may stop using the Service and remove the extension at any time.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
